20-May, My laptop motherboard crashed and i logged a case #[Personal Information Removed]. I was told by 22 or 24-May i will receive spare parts and same day or next day Service engineer will come and replace. Since then i have been following up with hp support and service head regularly. Date of part delivery has been changing with excuse of part coming from another city. In India any part delivery does not take more than 5 days from one city to another. Date of delivery keeps changing from 24th 29th May to 2-jun to 9-jun. Not sure if that is the customer service hp used to provide.
Is there an escalation matrix or email i can raise this concern. raising to service heard has not yielded any result, now they have even stopped responding to email or calling back.
