I have been an HP customer for many years, and I am asking for HP's help with a very disappointing situation.

 

I purchased an HP EliteBook 8 G1i with an Intel Core Ultra 7 255H processor from HP Store Turkey, but they delivered a laptop with a 255U processor instead (a significantly less powerful processor).

 

After contacting them, I was told that they made a mistake, and now they have an EliteBook with the 255H processor that I originally purchased and wanted, but because that configuration has more RAM and storage, they are asking me to pay approximately 35% more to receive it.

 

I simply want the 255H computer I purchased, and I do not think I should have to pay such a large difference because of additional RAM and storage that I did not ask for.

 

I have tried to resolve this directly with HP Store Turkey, but they have confirmed that there is no official HP case number for my issue.

 

As a long-time HP customer, I would really appreciate help from an HP representative in escalating this matter to the appropriate EMEA / Executive Customer Relations team. Please help me to find a solution.

 

I can provide all the additional details and the sales contract.
