Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The small HP Sure Run keeps flashing saying in the bottom right hand corner. I use Task Manager to disable HP Sure Run but it starts up again after a few seconds. I tried to uninstall HP Sure Run but it said I can't uninstall it as it is active. It has stopped my connecting to the internet from my laptop. I'm using someone elses computer to register this question.
