I been tying to install HP Sure Sense on my Elitebook G6, but the installation wizard fails saying a program required to run it is not present

but it doesn't mention which program i'm missing, i thought all G6 models supported Sure Sense

Are you attempting to install SP99243?

This is the current version (1.2.24.0 Rev.A) of Sure Sense for the 840 G6.  Have you re-imaged your system from the OS that was originally installed?

The only limitation I know for the installation is Windows 10 1803 or later.

I was tying to install it from the MSI file that was located on

C:\SWSETUP\APP\Security\DeepInstinct\HPSureSen_VVMNB2\1.2.20.0\src

I just now downloaded SP99243, and the installation worked

thx
