ZBook 15 G3

Hello there
I have a ZBook 15 G3 Laptop that won't install the Hotkey Support software for some reason and my brightness controls and the microphone mute key is not working on my computer. I tried to install the hotkey support software but it didn't work. When I attempt to install it from the exe it gives this message and then does nothing. If I try to right click the install.cmd and run as admin, it does something then fails and my brightness keys still don't work. Here's the log it gives me after. I checked if FAILURE.FLG is in the right place and it is.

I figured it out. Turn out it wasn't launching the installer for some reason so I manually launched the installer at 

 

C:\SWSetup\SP103615\src\DCHU\HotKey_legacy

 

and it installed just fine and the brightness works. Spent so much time on this for such a little problem.

C:\SWSetup\SP103615\src\DCHU\HotKey_legacy

 

and it installed just fine and the brightness works. Spent so much time on this for such a little problem.
