Product: Zbook 17 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Recently my ethernet port stopped working. Device manager shows ! and device cannot start. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling drivers but still not working. Not sure how to proceed? Would an ethernet port just go bad on its own? Not sure if its a separate card or integrated into the systemboard. I don't see an ethernet card when removing the bottom panel.

i would run HP Image Assistant and make sure the BIOS and drivers are up to date... if that doesn't work, then i would back up your data and do a Windows reset to reset the kernel
I work for HP. However, all opinions and comments are my own.
