Spectre X360
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Well this is disappointing. I got my HP Spectre x360 over a year ago and noticed that my left hinge is slightly tilted out of alignment. I think this is what was causing some touch screen issues such as screen flickering but only in convertible mode which I rarely use. I looked online and saw that this is actually quite a common issue, and is critical to fix. The thing is, I am out of warranty as it has been over a year since my purchase. Am I screwed? I hope there is a way to fix this that won't cost me any money, because I spent a LOT of money for this laptop expecting no issues... Thanks.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
