HPIA support list apparently "broken".
When the underlying issue is fixed, HPIA will start working again.
Hang in there...
What?
Probooks and other series previously supported should be included.
For example,
I've used HPIA on one of my systems (HP Probook x360 435 G7) when that system was running Windows 2004 (it is now updated to 20H2).
I've submitted a request to have the issue fixed.
What to do?
I checked your system's Software and Drivers - there are just a few "new" drivers listed.
I think it would be well enough that you download and update the few drivers that you need.
Regardless, at the moment, it appears manually updating is the available option.
For example, if your machine includes a fingerprint sensor,
