How can I make calls from my Elitebook 1030 G2 X360 Laptop?

I use an HP Elitebook 1030 G2 x360 laptop and it has a Cellular SIM slot which I have been using for internet connection, but I can find the app that will enable me to make calls using the same SIM on the device. How do I make calls from my Elitebook 1030 G2 X360 Laptop?

This is not possible in the way you have been think. The computer is still a computer and the SIM card slot is for data. The computer is not meant to be a phone replacement.

You can use an application to link a phone (an Android-based phone) to the phone to make and receive calls, though (as a workaround). Here is how to do it :

Alternatively, use an application such as Skype, Viber, etc.
