How do I open a complaint about HP support. There appears there is NO EMAIL option!!!!

My support case was closed:

How dare HP close this case! It is not resolved. Not is any way is this issue resolved.

I am not happy with your service in any way. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received.

I am trying to contact Customer Service to file a complaint.
