How to buy custom notebook?

i need: 

17" (17.3")  4K (3840х2160) or better if 4K+ (3840х2400) but no more than 5..6 milliseconds to update the screen matrix !!!

64 Gb RAM on board (or two slots supporting up to 32 Gb each),

two fast M.2 NVMe SSD PCIe Gen4 x4 (or faster) on board 

Additional graphics card - inexpensive!!! laptop is not for video games, but for comfortable work!

Four Type-C + one Display port (or all combined) - two left and two right

Two Type A 3.1 (one left and one right)

One or Two  HDMI (2.1 or  above) (if two - then one left and second - right)

One sound+mic (combined)

Wifi 

Bluetooth

And - distance between all connectors - must be widened so that "thick" connectors can be connected without problems!

The video camera is a full-fledged FHD 1080p, with a good quality of filming at twilight. and the camera must be either "removable"!! or with a "shutter" closed manually!

And custom keyboard :

Please not "a designer keyboard" on which it is impossible to work!!!! But as a classic keyboard, where placed separately from other keys - cursor control keys (left, up, down, right)

Moreover - all keys must be the same size (and not enlarged only for "left" and "right") and also must be full-size keys - ESC and F1 ... F12,
And there should be backlight indicators for "on / off" for all three keys - Caps, Scroll and Num

All buttons must be "closed" with "skirts" and with an adjustable backlight level (from pale to bright) white or emerald color (as an option - the backlight color can also be adjusted), and without any additional mark for ASWD keys (these should be ordinary keys like others! because I I don't play games and it annoys me to look at these additional mark on keys)

Soft but confident key travel, with a high key height (here it is already standard as for all laptops)

Tt is better if the touch pad is placed on the right - instead of the numeric keypad, with the function of switching the mode - the touch pad or the numeric keypad

Ideally if it is a full-fledged additional touchscreen display (like on a mobile phone) - then the functionality of this element will be greatly enhanced, and + protective glass gorilla for that additional mini-display

Touch volume control above the keyboard - with the possibility of both precise volume control and zones for quick adjustments (off, quiet, medium, loud)

Indicators of disk subsystem activity and network activity (pale pink and pale yellow - respectively)
