Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all I have in test some hp usb-c desk G2 and Thunderbolt 120 w G2 but i cannot have my laptops being charged by them.

Any Idea?

I would recommend to contact HP support to get the firmware or to isolate the issue.
