Hi, after upgrading to Windows 11, the fingerprint reader stopped working. I have already updated the drivers, updated the bios, reset the fingerprints from the bios, but nothing. I've been trying for months and I don't really know how to do it. Error 10 is present in device manager as shown in the photo. do you have any advice? thank you very much (I apologize for my English, I'm Italian)

Your English is fine, it's the screenshots (in Italian) that may require use of translation services... 😀
First, try running the HP UEFI diagnostics fingerprint test, just to determine that the fingerprint reader hardware is not actually faulty. If your laptop does not have the UEFI diagnostics installed, you can reinstall them from HP Diagnostics support page.
If you have the means, I would also recommend testing it in the "last known good configuration" - Windows 10 in this case - just to verify that the fingerprint does work in Windows as well.
Try also the HP Power Reset procedure - I would personally also disconnect the battery for a minute or two.
