My Hp Elitebook G2 x360 after pressing power on button don't turn on rather the power button and keyboard backlight flashes/blinks simultaneously after every 3 seconds. This happened after my laptop was stuck and I tried to to forcibly restart/power off by pressing the power off button. What could be the possible reason and how to fix it?

If it was "stuck", it either was a software issue or a hardware issue.
To trouble-shoot, remove the disk-drive from the computer, and install it as a secondary disk-drive into some other computer, and see if that computer can access any files/folders on that disk-drive.

If it was "stuck", there was nothing else that you could have done.

My guess is that it is not a "software" issue, which implies that it is a "hardware" issue.

If the original HP Warranty has expired, try "part-swapping":
- try other RAM in your computer
- try your RAM in some other computer
- since it is a notebook, can you remove the battery, and try to start it only with electrical power?
- since it is a notebook, can you disconnect the power-adapter, and try to start it only from the battery?
- expensive: replace the motherboard
Good luck.

Thank you for your kind and timely response.
I tried methods 3 and 4 but they didn't work in my case. Method 1 and 2 can not be checked given my notebook has onboard RAM.
I approached a repair shop, he after testing my notebook using some kind of device told me that, there is a BIOS problem in it and I need to manually create the BIOS file. Tried finding online ways to create BIOS file manually but couldn't retrieve any results.
