Really worrisome and lack of professional behavior. Laptop purchased in March 2020, which is under warranty and I have to keep writing and requesting to have this fixed

The battery life is barely 3-3.5 hours once full
Charged... the key board buttons have broken locks it seems... have shared the photos and video demonstrating the same couple of times.
Have been messaging/ mailing/ sending whatspp.. but all in vain. Can you get this sorted. The gentleman replying earlier says these issues will not be served by HP.... is that so? Seems your attempt is to ensure the buyer doesn’t complain and even ID he does ... the same is ignored. Have been attempting to reach out to some agent over a call after connecting with Virtual Agent, but even that doesn’t work.
Do you take care of the after sales service or is it mockery of the entire and bluffing the users? Very poor experience within the warranty period...wonder what will happen later....
