I broke my display device and called hp turkey to replace it. The hp support line told me to send my device. He asked me to change the screen for my device and asked me for 2709 TL (400 USD) for this. They said 1 month for repair time. Since this time was too long, I wanted the parts to be sent to my address. It was accepted, but for this they asked me 4544 TL (670 USD). this is not acceptable and does not make sense.

I need 1 "x360 screen" specter ..

"TURKEY HP SUPPORT TEAM" has disgraced you. After that, my company will NEVER USE HP PRODUCT! servers, laptops

you have lost a good customer only because of this ridiculous pricing and a rude customer representative. I am sure you will not contact them and you will not consider this issue !!! They also told me that there would be no sanction wherever we want to make this complaint.
