You will have to contact HP technical support for assistance with obtaining a SMC.bin file for your PC.

i have try many times to contact hp support , but still no response , can anybody tell me where i can find smc.bin file for my pc..

Unfortunately, we cannot help you any further.


The only place you can get help to remove the BIOS P/W is from HP.

 

Furthermore, the new forum rules revised on March 1, 2019, prohibit us from providing any assistance with clearing BIOS passwords.

If HP can't/won't help you, then you will need a new motherboard without a BIOS P/W to resolve the problem.
