I need a help to buy a new laptop in germany but in english keyboard not in german keyboard

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

The free trade / free market (EU Single Market) allows you to purchase any good from any EU country (without any hassles, fees, taxes, etc)

Since the UK is still part of the EU, you can consider purchasing a PC online from any UK retail store or big online store such as Amazon CO UK, Currys PC world and many others (and then have it delivered to you in Germany - it's not too expensive).

Not sure if the HP UK store can deliver to you in Germany but you can try >> https://store.hp.com/UKStore/Merch/Default.aspx

 

In some other countries (for example In Bulgaria) the PC keyboards are also of english type.
