Hola tengo un problema con una laptop hp 14-dx0002dx al reinstalar Windows 10 64bits compilación 2004 el touchpad dejo de funcionar e incluso no aparece en dispositivos solo me parece un dispositivo ii2c hid con codigo 10 he instalado todos los drivers directamente de hp para este modelo de laptop y Windows 10 (2004) 64 bits y no logro hacer que funcione mi touchpad !! Realice una prueba de diagnóstico de hardware vefi y me indica que tanto los botones como el señalador funcionan correctamente él problema es que no funciona ni durante la instalación de windows ni con los drivers descargados directamente de hp para este modelo y version de Windows
