Hp ZBook15G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My new Hp Zbook15G6 loops with Intel Management Engine Firmware update.

The process has been as follows:
New PC unpacked and connected to wired network (no OS on PC)
Additional Samsung SSD 500 GB disk inserted
F12 - BIOS Updatet to version 01.01.03
Restart
Then message on screen "Hp Sure Start detected corruption in the Intel Management Engine firmware"

PC continues installation but only reaches 50% after which it restarts, loops and installation does not complete.

I've tried to remove SSD disk but still can't access PC / BIOS - it loops all the time no matter what.

Had the same issue just now at our facility.

You can try to reset the BIOS from the motherboard, but honestly,

Just RMA it. There nothing the user can do to resolve the issue.

This is something for HP to figure out.
