Since a few days the Intellgent Charging Scheduler shows a more or less constant high load (~15%) and the fan is running all tjhe time.

Have the same issues on my 2.500 school pc's.
I solved it by removing all HP bloatware, but especially ICS and intelligent powermanagement.
Reboot and you have a working pc.
I usually fix this by a clean windows on new machines, which solves a ton of issues before they arise.

"Please Update HP Power Manager" --> Useless Info. I searched for the latest version of thr HP Power Manager and found 3.0.14.0 Rev A, which is what I have and what did not solve the problem for others. Why do you suggest something that is not applicable for my specific HW?
