Hi,

I have a USB-C hub connected to my PC. I am also using a wireless keyboard and mouse. When the corresponding mouse/keyboard USB sticks are connected directly to my PC, I am able to wake my computer from sleep using these devices. However, when they are connected to the USB hub, it doesn't work. I suspected that this may be due to the USB-C port not allowing power to connected devices when the PC is in sleep mode, though another device connected to the USB hub does indeed receive power even when the PC is in sleep mode.

I have tried disabling the "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" option for all USB devices. I have also disabled "USB selective suspend setting" in the power options. All keyboard and mouse devices have the option "Allow this device to wake the computer" enabled.

What can I do to ensure my keyboard and/or mouse can still wake my PC even when they are connected to the USB hub?
