with my proBook, the left CTRL button has been without function for 2 weeks - after only 17 months!!!! A liquid damage is eliminated. I have already reset the device - to no avail. The warranty has expired and I am supposed to prove to my dealer that there was already a defect at the time of delivery. How is this supposed to work?
This is my third probook and everyone has never had a defect despite intensive use.
Does anyone have any idea what else I can try?
