Product: HP EliteBook 845 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (544L8AV)

On LTSC installation I couldn't enter username, so I connected external keyboard, now trying something, HP Support Assistant says all drivers are ok/up2date.

In the device list there is a 101/102 keys HP keyboard with (!) on it, reinstalling device didn't help.

So LTSC 2021 solved the problem, but I can't now install any HP software, it just doesn't work, like HP hardware diagnostics,or hp power manager
