Hello 

Any one idea what can be the issue here.

which zbook 15 version, g1, g2, g3, g4, g5

 

it is possible that the BIOS might have an issue... if that is the case, you can try pressing pwr + Mute buttons for 15 seconds to see if it helps... ALso, if it is still under the (typical) 3 year warranty, you may want to open a support case with HP
