I purchased HP Pavilion from HP Online Store on 1st August and it was delivered to me on 3rd August 2023. When I opened and log in to Laptop I was shocked to see that Laptop Display is having a Keypad impression on display. Immediately on the next day 04th August 2023, I raised the complaint and HP issued us HP Case Number: [Personal Information Removed] CRM: [Personal Information Removed] Customer care told me their service person will attend to the Complaint in 24 to 48 hours. But after passing 48 hours no one from HP contacted us to provide the service and return/replaced the product.
Also, the Laptop which I book for a 2GB graphic card but the Product I received is having a 512MB Graphic Card I told to Technical team they told me to talk to the HP sales team. When I contacted the HP sales team they told me to talk to the person who sold this product, When I told them to transfer that sales executive they told me he is on weekly off (Friday 04th August 2023) they arranged for a call back from that salesperson. but till today I didn't receive any call from the sales executive Mr. Midhat Mehmood
I purchased Laptop from HP online store believing that I will receive a genuine product but HP is giving such a bad service.
I am helpless that no one from HP is taking the responsibility to return the product.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
