Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello together,
when I connect my Laptop 830 G5 to my Thunderbolt G4 docking station, the 2 screens connected to the docking station are working also the charging is working, but the connected mouse and keyboard not.
Do you have any suggestions for me?

Hello.
HP Docks have had numerous firmware updates. Download and execute the latest firmware update from HP TB Dock 120W G4 download page. (if you have a different G4 dock then go to that model's download page)
The update is simple, just follow the instructions. Please report back with the results, whether USB works or not.
