Dear Sir/ ma'am,

 

 I was buy laptop in amazon   27.12.2018  in Order Number: 402-2477570-7892329 in there laptop charger is not working.

 

please solve my problem asap.

This looks like a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the replacement adapter, they should be able to help.
