Problem 1: I bought a new HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef0000 laptop and I have a problem with the heating it's always between 65-76. And Laptop body is too much heat.
Problem 2: I'm having an issue of battery backup getting less than 4 hours. I have run hardware test like going to diagnostic mode from boot menu, running from battery utility test of HP and HP Support Assist everything shows passed Even in launch bar shows working properly no issues and no softwares running background. Is there any Bios update or another troubleshooting?
