Loose Hinge on Elitebook 840

Hi,

One of the hinges on my laptop has started to feel loose and I would like to sort this out before it breaks.

Can you please help me fine instruction s as to how to dismantle the laptop just enough to be able to tighten the hinge, as i can't find anything anywhere
