Hello,
We have performed a hardware check on our HP ProBook 450 G4 and on the Hard drive test we got FAILURE ID: GGCC3A-8M7B05-MFPX6K-61CA03. What is the meaning of this FAILURE ID?

Hi:
The failure codes provide little useful information. The code devotes most of its time providing the PC's serial number.
Here is the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your PC's serial number.

You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

You may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).
After you replace the drive, you can use the HP cloud recovery client software to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
This package provides the Cloud Recovery Client for supported computer models running a supported operating system. This Client Utility enables users to download the Recovery Kit from the cloud.
