HP EliteBook 830 G5 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been buying HP products for my company for more than a year now and now have 11 Elite books

One laptop which is 1 year old stopped powering ON and the service engineer figured out that the motherboard is burnt and he is reluctant to replace the motherboard stating that this is not covered under warranty. I don't understand if something happens inside the laptop (which is not in our control) that too after only 1 year of usage and get to hear the warranty doesn't cover this.

What is the warranty for ?

Should i say HP products value is not reliable ?

I feel pretty bad trusting HP brand and buying so many products
