Product: HP Spectre
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My 10 day old HP Spectre shuts itself down going to a black screen. I have to start it up again loosing all current data.
It is a 10th gen core i7 . Do I return it or can it be fixed?

You may ensure all your drivers are up to date.
Please, ensure specifically that BIOS/UEFI and Intel ME related updates are applied.
