My Probook turns on to a white screen stating enter password whenever it is restarted or powered on.

I have tried almost everything to fix this from updating my BIOS, to changing POST password, disabling TPM and secure boot (I have these reenabled now). Probook still turns on with a beep and white screen with enter password.
