My order declined

HP Recommended
Spectre 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have ordered a spectre  x360 for the second time in two weeks and my order declined. Every time i am waiting for a week for my money to return to my bank account. Any ideas for the reason why the orders are declined please?
