Not a word -

I suspect HP has suspended the email alerts for reasons known to HP.

We do not have visibility to much of what goes on inside HP.

What?  The HP Community operates as a separate entity.

Without direction otherwise,

Use the "Alerts and Bulletins" option in the Product Home Page.

For those reading:

HP Email Alerts are no longer available.

Access alerts in your  Product Home > Bulletins and Alerts

Hello,

Thanks for your reply, however visiting the "product home page" of each models is not the solution then that shows only customer advisory and security bulletins.

So nothing about drivers or firmware updates availabilities.

True - I know of nothing that is in place at the moment that matches what you seek.

Disappointing.

Driver Updates

Consumer grade systems can make use of the HP Support Assistant app.

I do recommend that you not let the HPSA update the BIOS.

As always, commercial grade systems of supported models and OS / versions can use the HP Image Assistant.

HPIA is a smarter tool than HPSA.

HPIA  is limited to the Commercial models.

HPIA is structured to handle fussy BIOS updates.

HPSA will work on both consumer and business class systems.

I did bump the question again — As mentioned, we do not have visibility in all areas within HP — we can but hope that someone gets back to us with an official answer.

I am guessing, based on the fact that the service was not restored within a reasonable time frame, that the email alerts have been — at least for now — discontinued.

Why not say one way or the other?

I am a logical creature — I cannot proclaim for fact that which I do not know.

If I run across something worthwhile, I will post back.

No is an unpopular answer.

Hello,

You'll find below the latest answer from HP about my request :

"HP is aware of the issue with the alert notification page and is currently investigating it for a resolution"

It was in May, is it still on investigation for a resolution ?

Thanks,

Unfortunate news -

Security email alerts has been discontinued by HP.

There is nothing similar to take its place.

Check the Alerts manually using the methods available.

For example,

Search on HP - Security Bulletins website

and / or

HP Email Alerts are no longer available.

Access alerts in your  Product Home > Bulletins and Alerts

Should it be of paramount importance that the data be managed for you ,

I suspect a program could be written to gather the information and sort the results into something you like -

Ask any 2nd or 3rd year computer science major to take a look.

OR

If you have an IT department at your place of employment, ask whether the project is one they are willing add to their list.
