HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G10 Mobile Workstation PC (7C3M3AV)

Hi,

I have a relatively new notebook. I have already reinstalled Windows 11 twice.

The notebook jerks extremely when running on battery power. Working with Excel is almost impossible.

But even in AC mode, the mouse gets stuck, keyboard input is delayed and things don't actually run smoothly.

My PC from 2014 runs smoother than this "mobile workstation".

What is that about?

Did you do the factory restore?

For keeping your business-class device up to date, i recommend using HP Image Assistant. It is a free tool that scans your device and suggests any and all in your configuration that needs to be updated, and you decide what to update. You can find HPIA at HP Image Assistant | HP Client Management Solutions... BIOS and/or driver updates may help your situation
