I ordered a laptop during Black Friday event and it suppose to ship by 16 Dec as shown, however, until today no updates on the laptop status and I wonder what is my order status and when can you ship?
I called and tried to chat online to seek support but none of it successful.
Please get back to me and also expedite the delivery.
