HP Recommended

Can someone help out and answer why HP Office Printer are so horrible? Printer or Print System is offline. No call support, chat function completely doesn't work. HD Doctor what ever that completely doesn't work. Is planned obsolescense set to 3 weeks? Seriously you can even find the right message board. Sorry notebook people.
