After last Windows 10 update I'd got the problem when starting notebook. The blue screen with error "The user name or password is incorrect." and with OK button appears. I use fingerprint for authenticate. If I push OK button proccess of starting finishes successfuly.

This appears because something has your login credentials and tries to input them upon system start. The credentials are wrong and therefore you see the error. This is also a known issue with the latest Windows 10 upgrade (Fall Creators Update)
Try to disable the “Use my sign-in info...” in Start > Settings > Account
