Zbook 14u G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On new device there is a problem - when I'm replacing the 8 Gb memory with 2x 16 units of Kingstone Hyperx memory, notebook doesn't start and makes 3 long and 2 shirt tones five times. In specification of this notebook is written, that it supports this type if memory (2400 DDR 4) and suites with 32 Gb. When I'm placing the original 8 Gb module and the new one 16 Gb, it runs normal. Tried the new firmware for BIOS - no results...

Also, it runs normal on first start with 32 Gb. On start POST writes, that the memory is different from last config, than OS becomes to run and seems in the OS correctly as 32 Gb, but after restart it just stucks

I'm having the same memory on my 830G5, as it is CL14 and not CL17. I'd guess HP should test this memory package and do a bios fix.
