Muchas gracias

Good morning
I have an HP EliteBook 645 G9 laptop that, for work reasons, has Windows 10 22H2 OS installed and the hard drive encrypted with bitlocker and has an HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock connected. The problem is that when I start the laptop and the blue screen appears to enter the bitlocker pin, the keyboard that is connected to the dock does not work. I have to lift the laptop lid and enter the pin from the laptop keyboard. Once entered, the peripherals, both keyboard and mouse connected to the dock work. Can you give me a solution so I don't have to lift the laptop lid every time I start it? I don't know if it's a BIOS configuration problem. Some time ago I had a Toshiba Dynabook and this problem didn't occur to me. As soon as I started it, the keyboard connected to the Dynabook worked perfectly.
Waiting for a response, receive a cordial greeting.
Thank you very much

Hi @dlopdia
1)
Go to BIOS (F10) -> Advanced tab -> Boot Menu Options
Uncheck "Fast Boot" so that this feature gets disabled.
Make sure you go to General tab, save the changes and only then exit the BIOS
2) Disable Windows Fast Start up. Here is how >> https://www.windowscentral.com/how-disable-windows-10-fast-startup
Make sure you click Apply/Save and then restart Windows immediately for the changes to take effect
::EXTRA::
3) Update the dock's firmware to the latest version 01.00.12
Download and run the installer >> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp152001-152500/sp152201.exe
Follow the on-screen instructions
4) Update the PC's UEFI BIOS to the latest version 01.15.02
Download and run the installer >> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp153001-153500/sp153343.exe
Follow the on-screen instructions
