Hey guys ..

Everytime that I try to open up a case I get an error message saying "The User is already existing" when I try to submit the Ticket.

 

It doesnt matter what I account I use (we have multiple accounts in our company), even with a completly fresh account (which I couldnt properly set up because I get "Invalid XML" error when trying to register to the support portal), the error remains the same, even if I change the information (Name, Lastname, etc.) to something completly different ..


This Problem is going on for more than 6 months now, I would open a case - if I could!

Why is that? It doesn't make any sense for me and there is no way that my company is the only one with that issue.

When I try to register my fresh account I just created I get "Organization account is not setup. Please setup organization account before continue" ..
