HP Recommended

Do NOT purchase from HP. They are the worse!!!! I purchased a laptop and was told it would ship on March 8th. I looked at the reviews before I made the purchase and saw that some people were upset about a cheap product and a 3 week wait...I have pereviously owened an HP laptop and really liked it so I figured I could live with that...guess what - they LIE!! I got a VMM today after calling Customer Service telling me they were sorry it would be another 2 weeks before my laptop can ship from the foriegn country where it is being assembled - but they are sure I will like it once it is received. I called to tell them not to ship it - after all, 2 weeks to go - and they aren't sure they can stop it.

Guess what - I would like to see the guy who tries to deliver this cheap, foriegn made product that can't even be assembled on time.


Do NOT EVER buy anything from HP!!!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
