Product: HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G10 Notebook PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi everyone, I recently purchased an HP EliteBook 840 G10 and noticed that the icons on the screen appear a bit blurry. Is this normal for this model, or could it indicate a problem? Any suggestions on how to improve the clarity of the display would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello.

 

Check your display settings in Windows: right click on an empty part of Windows desktop and select Display Settings.

 

Check the display resolution. Select the recommended resolution from the drop down list.

Also check the Scale setting next to the resolution. Make sure it is 100%. Windows may have automatically set up scaling at 125% or 150%.

 

If these measures do not remove the blurriness, please take a screenshot and post it here.
