Hi, @Jugdesh
I have one question for you...Did the notebook originally come with Windows 7 Pro installed?
The specs I see indicate many of the ZBook G3's came with W10 Pro with downgrade rights to W7 Pro...

If your notebook came with W7 Pro on the hard drive, and you either upgraded or clean installed W10, then most likely the notebook had the HP connection manager software installed, and the BT radio was turned off at the time you installed W10.
So, if W7 was installed, then there is only one way to get the BT to work again...reinstall W7, install the HP connection manager software, use the software to turn on the BT radio.
This package provides the HP Connection Manager for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Then uninstall the HP connection manager software, restart the PC, verify the BT radio is still turned on (shows up in the device manager).
Then you can reinstall W10.

Good idea on using the HP videos.
If disabling in BIOS, then I would not consider that "permanently".
My information re replacing the card came from HP support technician, indicating the hardware itself was modified.. I'll see if I can find the case no. in my deleted folders archive.

Please look at @Paul_Tikkanen's post.
I remember reading this somewhere else.
It sounds to me know that is what your problem could be.
There was a conflect with W10 and HP Connection Manager .

Hi, @Jugdesh
You would have to be willing to install W7 to try it out. The HP connection manager will not run on W10.
Use the HP cloud recovery client to create W7 installation media...
This package provides the Cloud Recovery Client for supported models running a supported operating system. This Client Utility enables users to download the Recovery Kit from the cloud.

I've attached the instructions below for how to use the utility.
If after you do the above and the BT still doesn't work, then I would concur with REO51ST, that the bluetooth portion of the wifi adapter is defective, and the wifi adapter will need to be replaced.

Thank you for confirming this, I really would want to test this first before making a purchase. The only question we could resolve, should it disable to list in the bios with all other components, even headphone jack is listed. My other ZBook G2 does have bluetooth, but just the new one is missing.

You're very welcome.
It has been my experience with HP business notebooks (except my 350 G1) that I have owned that they all have an enable/disable bluetooth setting in the BIOS.
So, I can't say if the BIOS in your notebook has that option or not.
If it did, it would say that the BT radio was enabled or not present.
Not present would indicate that the bluetooth portion of the wifi adapter is kaput.
With the BT radio turned off using the HP connection manager software, the BIOS will still report that it is enabled, which is why this drives most folks nuts trying to figure out what the problem is.

I care fully visited all settings in bios, and I could find a setting for that, that means, and also share by @RIO, then i believe it would be krupt or permanently disabled in same way.
Btw, learning the cloud recovery is great from you.
Thank you.
