HP Zbook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all,

I have a HP ZBook laptop that I currently use for work and the ESC key has fallen off and now the button no longer works. The laptop is currently under warranty but I cant send it back to HP for repair on account of the confidential information thats stored on it.

How would I go about getting a replacement keyboard sent over so that i can fit it myself?

Any advice would be greatly apricated

You would need to contact customer support and see if they offer a CSR option (customer self repair) option on this device. Barring that, you could see if there are any HP service partners near you that could offer walk in walkout service while you watch. Your only other option is going to be to retain your drive when you send the device in for service.
