My new laptop had power button issue, so I approaches to HP Bhopal Service Center and  they did so many diagnosis stuffs , but  problem not resolved , fortunately I register complain within 14 days so, HP issued me DOA letter , and I given Laptop and DOA letter to my retailer (Bootcom  Systems Bhopal ) He taken both. But he is saying he will give me new (replacement ) laptop to me after 2 weeks or more . I requested him but he is taking more time to give new laptop to me . So anybody please advice  me How I can get my new laptop early. It had been one week already but retailer had not given new laptop to me.
