Today I've bought a PAVILION 15-CS2104TX notebook and it's sound quality is very low and faded. What should I do?
I don't get any option to change sound quality from default format to highest quality from the playback devices setting in my laptop. Please no it and send me a solution.

After logging to your machine the first time, you need to run Windows updates few times (say around 15mins each). For sound, please download and install the following Realtek audio software:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98001-98500/sp98141.exe
Regards.

Dear Sir, I have updated my windows and it says that it is version 1903 of windows 10. Now I'm trying to install the following Realtek audio software (https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98001-98500/sp98141.exe) that you suggested me in your first message. But I cannot install it because at the time of installing it says that "the driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.17763)."
Please, say me the solution.
