Screen goes black but caps lock is on and light at the side keeps blinking

My laptop is a HP elitebook G6. At first when you turn it on, it makes a sound then I decided to do a system restore, now the screen is just black but the caps lock is on and the light at the side that indicates power, keeps blinking

Is the HP logo shown on the screen when you start up the computer? If not, the keyboard and power lights will indicate a hardware problem with a specific pattern. Check out HP's guidance on the blinks here: HP Notebook PCs - Computer beeps or a light blinks during startup | HP® Support

If HP logo is shown at start but screen goes black when the OS (Windows?) starts loading, that may be due to a corrupted Windows installation or something similar.

The battery light can blink if due to low battery charge level. Make sure your AC charger is working and plugged in.
